Alive and Kicking

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick note to address everyone's gracious concerns about my well-being. Yes, I am fine, just taking an unexpected blogging break due to a backlog of thrilling Oprah episodes. And Phoenix, no, my children have not locked me in the closet. Although, there was that one time we locked Crusher in the closet when he was two-months-old and colicky. But if a baby cries and nobody hears it, did it really make a sound?
Shoot, that's not how the saying goes. Let's try that again. If a wife asks her husband to take out the garbage and change the lightbulb in the foyer and he doesn't do it, did he really sleep alone on the couch that night? I think we can assume he did.
I'll be back once I regain some motivation and that dang Dr. Oz stops covering riveting topics like colon cameras and ear hair.

Woooh! I was worried, I was sure you were locked away but nah, you are just busy like the rest of us. I miss your stories, I haven't blown diet coke out of my nose in a long long time from laughing while reading your blog. My nose thanks you.

Oh well now....new and riveting TV is a very valid excuse. I only wish mine was that interesting.
Glad you aren't locked up someplace. If your kids weren't so little, I'd worry they'd written this.

There are no excuses for leaving high and dry the fans who flock to your site every day for a little levity....you should take the responsibility for helping us get through our dreary days more seriously. Seriously.

Oh, to be a simple, petty fan... Luckily for me, I know Sheri is fine, alive and kicking. Why, you ask? Because I know her personally and is coming to a shin dig that I am personally hosting. Because I get personal e-mails from the Blogging Queen. I am not just a groupie, I am a friend. Is Sheri well? Yes. But who is the 'Phoenix' blogger she links to? Is it a test to see if we are all reading, all paying attention? Sheri, I your biggest blogging fan notice and pay attention. I am your favorite!!! So, what gives? Who is the 'Phoenix' blogger?

I was just setting up new folders in my google reader and I realized I hadn't heard from you in awhile. Weird. Glad you're okay.
And the locking your kid in the closet thing? I may or may not have done the same thing to my colicky newborn. I'll never tell.

I'm glad you are OK. I've been so behind in reading blogs that I'm almost glad when people dont' post as often..makes it easier to catch up.
